East Texas Bridge, Inc. is currently seeking an Asphalt Paving Superintendent for heavy highway work in the East Texas area.

The ideal candidate will oversee asphalt projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  The Asphalt Paving Superintendent will coordinate the project activities, manage resources effectively and maintain a safe work environment.

This position requires 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:

           Asphalt paving knowledge is required

           Proficiency in asphalt estimating and budgeting

           Strong project scheduling skills

           Knowledge of quality control processes and understanding of TxDot standards.

           Experience in site-management for safety and effective crew and equipment performance.
